This site earns when you register

That is a commercial interest pointing one way. Here is exactly what happens, what the commission does not change, and how to check whether it has.

This site earns money when you open an account through its links.

That is a commercial interest, and it points one way: towards you registering.

You should weigh everything here knowing that.

The disclosure is not a formality. If a site recommends a platform and earns from that recommendation, the recommendation is worth less than one from a site that does not. That is true here too, and no amount of transparency makes the incentive disappear.

What transparency can do is let you check whether the incentive has distorted the content.

Exactly what happens

The commission comes from the platform's side, not from an added charge on your account.

Where the incentive stops

Three structural facts constrain what the incentive can do here:

  1. There is no ranking to bias. No “best exchange” list, no score, no numbered order. A site with no order of preference has nothing to sell.
  2. The numbers do not come from the affiliate programme. They are read from public APIs that anyone can call. The commission does not change what the API returns.
  3. Competing platforms appear. The comparison page publishes figures for a platform this site earns nothing from, including cases where that platform's fee is lower.
The test is not whether this site discloses the incentive. It is whether the numbers survive you checking them. They are checkable, which is the only real defence.

What is not done

  1. No paid placement. No platform can pay to appear here or to be described favourably.
  2. No fabricated bonuses. No deposit-match figures, no “up to” amounts that depend on conditions nobody states.
  3. No urgency devices. No countdown timers, no expiring offers.
  4. No email capture. This site has no account system and stores nothing about you.

Availability

A referral link is not an invitation that overrides eligibility. Platforms restrict services by jurisdiction, and their own agreements define who may register. If you are in a restricted location, a referral link does not change that, and an account opened in violation may later be restricted.

Check the platform's own agreement for your jurisdiction before registering anywhere, including through a link on this site.

What the commission is, and what it is not

The commission is a share of the platform's own fee revenue from an account that arrived through a link. It is not a discount to you, and it is not a surcharge either. The taker rate on a BTC_USDT perpetual is 0.0750% whether the account arrived through a referral link, an advertisement, or a search.

Which means the two numbers are independent, and that is the whole reason this site can publish both:

Rates captured 2026-10-26T03:50Z from the public contract endpoint. Commission terms are the platform's and are not published here.
NumberWho sets itCan this site change it?
Your taker rate, 0.0750%The platform's fee scheduleNo
Your maker rate, −0.0100%The platform's fee scheduleNo
Funding, 0.00510% per 8hThe market, every settlementNo
The commissionThe platform's affiliate programmeNot disclosed on this site, and not a factor in any figure above

What is missing from that table is the commission rate itself, because the affiliate agreement does not publish it as a fixed public number and inventing one would break every other claim on the site. That absence is not a strength; it is a limit, and it is stated rather than papered over.

What a click actually records

Clicking a referral link attaches an identifier to the visit so the platform can attribute a later registration. That is the mechanism, and it exists on the platform's domain, under the platform's policy, not this site's.

This site runs no analytics of its own. It cannot see who clicked, cannot tell whether a registration happened, and receives no per-person information from the platform — only aggregate totals, if anything at all. The privacy page states the same thing from the data side.

Where these numbers come from

The rate, unfiltered: Gate contract endpoint — returns the same numbers whether or not you arrived through a link

The comparison: OKX fee schedule — an exchange this site earns nothing from

Questions about this

If anything above is unclear, or if you believe a piece of content here is shaped by the commercial relationship rather than the evidence, write to yangayxin5025@gmail.com. That is the kind of report that changes a page.

This is the link the disclosure refers to. Nothing on this page requires you to use it.

Open a Gate account Referral link — we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Gate's services are not available in every jurisdiction; check the User Agreement.
